As a son of a home builder, Brad was always on the move from one house to another. He grew up in homes throughout the Fraser Valley, with his childhood hometown shared between Cloverdale and Fort Langley. Since then, he has lived in every community in the Fraser Valley, including multiple Langley neighbourhoods.
Brad grew up on the job site with his father. Even today, every time h visit a new home being built, the smell of sawdust reminds him of his childhood, recalling his father preaching the importance of craftsmanship, integrity and hard work. Meanwhile, his mother was the quintessential interior designer, landscaper and, yes, for short while, a REALTOR.
One could say that real estate is a family business. Going back another generation, his grandmother was a managing broker with Block Bros Realty, later marrying Henry Block, the co-founder of one of the largest real estate firms in Canada from the late 1950s to 1970s.
Brad completed his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Religious Studies from the University of Alberta in 2007, shortly after marrying his wife, Kristina, in 2005. After a few years in Chilliwack, Brad returned to Langley with his growing family in 2010. He attained my real estate license that year and has since built the foundation of his business through a commitment to professional and personal ethics and fulfilling the legacy of service that was established over the past two generations.
In 2015, Brad obtained his Associate Brokers license, continuing his life philosophy of “never stop learning”. Throughout the years, he has achieved multiple sales awards, including being among the top 10% (Multiple) and 1% (2017) of Fraser Valley REALTORS. Brad also holds the Certified Negotiation Expert designation.
Brad currently lives in the Langley neighbourhood of Willoughby with Kristina, his 3 daughters and 1 son. Beyond real estate, his passions focus on all things soccer, urban design, sustainable development and his advocacy for mental health and safe streets. When he’s not selling real estate, you can often find him at Camp Beer or at a local soccer match.
